WHEREAS on June 7, 2023, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 23-41, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services during January 18 to 30, 2023. (File No. J2318A, Assessment No. 238518); and
WHEREAS, the property at 931-931 University Avenue West, being described as: Franklin Addition to St. Paul, Minn. Lot 5 Blk 4, with the property identification number 35-29-23-24-0222 was assessed an amount of $322; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on July 18, 2023 and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing from $322 to $161 because owner made some effort, but did not completely, address the snow and ice; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $322, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $161. Council File No. RLH AR 23-41 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
