Title

Changing the rate of pay for Parks Services Lead (formerly titled Refectory Supervisor).

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job audit for the classification of Parks Services Lead, formerly titled Refectory Supervisor; and

WHEREAS, the results of the audit instruct that the rate of pay for Parks Services Lead be changed to the rate set forth from Grade 021 to the rate set forth in Grade 024, of Employee Group 01, AFSCME Clerical; now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Parks Services Lead be changed from Grade 021 to Grade 024 in EG 01, AFSCME Clerical.  This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution
