WHEREAS, the City Council adopted SAO 23-21 on June 21, 2023 which granted an extension to July 7, 2023 to abate the nuisance conditions at 315 Charles Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 11, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated forthcoming, pending July 11, 2023 Legislative Hearing; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter is resolved forthcoming.
