Title

Appeal of James F. Riley, Chief Manager of Riley Investment 1 LLC, to a Summary Abatement Order at 1051 FIFTH STREET EAST.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, June 27, 2023, teleconference between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  I received the Summary Abatement Order 2 days before it needed to be completed.  I need an extension to ensure I can have work completed to comply with this order as no one is able to complete work on this short notice.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  June 7, 2023

Inspector/Key Staff:  Willie Williams

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Staff talked to Mr. Riley on 6/21/23. He does not want to appeal the Correction Notice dated 6/7/23 regarding the shed that the tree fell because he has enough time to come into compliance.
