WHEREAS, Cook St. Paul LLC, doing business as Juche St. Paul (License ID 2022001432) applied for a Liquor On Sale -100 Seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license for the premises located at 1124 Payne Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on June 8, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the June 8, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the Liquor On Sale -100 Seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday licenses are hereby approved and issued to Cook St. Paul LLC, doing business as Juche St. Paul (License ID 2022001432) for the premises located at 1124 Payne Avenue in Saint Paul.
