Body

WHEREAS, St Paul QOZ Hotel, LLC d/b/a Courtyard By Marriot (License ID 20230000956) applied for a Liquor On Sale -100 Seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license for the premises located at 150 Smith Avenue North in Saint Paul; and  

WHEREAS, on June 7, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and 

WHEREAS, in response to the June 7, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned licenses; and 

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale -100 Seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license are hereby approved and issued to St Paul QOZ Hotel, LLC d/b/a Courtyard By Marriot (License ID 20230000956) for the premises located at 150 Smith Avenue North in Saint Paul.
