Approving the Southern Highland Bridge final (combined) plat.
Body
WHEREAS, Capital City Properties et. al., in Zoning File #23-022-871, has submitted for City Council approval the attached final plat for subdivision of what was formally known as the Canadian Pacific Parcel; FORD (PIN #172823410001, #172823410002, #172823410076, #172823410077, #172823410078); and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the combined preliminary and final plat and found, subject to the recommended conditions, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the City and notices were mailed to each owner of affected property including all property situated within 350 feet of the subject property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed plat on June 28, 2023, where all interested parties were given the opportunity to be heard, and the Council considered all the facts and recommendations concerning the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached final plat to subdivide what was formally known as the Canadian Pacific Parcel; FORD (PIN #172823410001, #172823410002, #172823410076, #172823410077, #172823410078) of the Ford Plat, subject to the following conditions:
1. Comments by the City are adhered to by Capital City Properties et. al.; and
2. The applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the plat with the Ramsey County Recorder’s Office.
