WHEREAS, in the matter of appeal of Albert Schuna to a Correction Order at 1344 Schletti Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on condition that the requirements of the 1995 permit continue to be met: 1) no combustible/flammable liquids or gasses will be allowed in garage at any time; 2) no combustible/flammable liquid or gas-powered equipment will be allowed in garage at any time; and 3) owner shall provide (minimum) a 2A-10BC Fire Extinguisher; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
