WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 23-9 on February 1, 2023 which granted an extension to May 1, 2023 for compliance with the balance of the items from the January 3, 2023 Summary Abatement Order at 1068 Chatsworth Street North; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 2, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter is resolved forthcoming, pending May 2, 2023 Legislative Hearing.
