Approving Ordinance Permit 20220010601 for Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure Installed by Alliant Engineering, Inc. for Pulte Model Homes.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Department of Public Works may grant authority and permission for construction of streets and sewers via an Ordinance Permit as per Legislative Code Chapter 122 and 123; and
WHEREAS, Pulte Homes is the owner of Block 21 Outlot A of the Highland Bridge Development; and
WHEREAS, Alliant Engineering, Inc. is the contractor performing the work; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to construct sanitary sewer to the properties on Block 21 Outlot A; and
WHEREAS, on May 19, 2022 Alliant Engineering, Inc. submitted appropriate Plans, Specifications, Reports, and Documents to the City for review; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Department of Public Works reviewed said Plans, Specifications, Reports, and Documents and determined them to be in compliance with all applicable Codes, Standards, and Policies; and
WHEREAS, on May 24, 2022, an Ordinance Permit was issued by the City of Saint Paul to Alliant Engineering, Inc. for the purpose of completing the sanitary sewer improvements; and
WHEREAS, Alliant Engineering, Inc. has completed their infrastructure installation for the sanitary sewer improvements and satisfied applicable requirements of the Ordinance Permit with the exception of warranty work which may occur at a later date; now, therefore, be it
RESOVLED that the City Council accepts the infrastructure as so defined in the attached Attachment A and that the warranty period and associated maintenance obligations shall begin upon City acceptance.
