Pertaining to an agreement with TruePani Inc. to provide pitcher filter, filter cartridges, and water quality sampling for post lead service line replacement construction in 2023.
Body
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul desires to obtain pitcher filter, filter cartridges, and water quality sampling services for lead service line replacements during the 2023 Lead Free SPRWS Project; and
WHEREAS, staff solicited proposals from qualified firms to provide said services, and from those proposals staff recommends TruePani’s proposal dated February 24, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to enter into an agreement with TruePani Inc. to provide said services at a cost not to exceed $224,272; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby requests that City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis Services draft an agreement with TruePani, Inc. to provide pitcher filter, filter cartridges, and water quality sampling services for lead service line replacements during the 2023 Lead Free SPRWS Project, as described in the TruePani Inc. proposal dated February 24, 2023, at a cost not to exceed $224,272, and to include all other terms and conditions as may be required; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement following approval by the assistant city attorney.
