WHEREAS, Grolla LLC d/b/a La Grolla (License ID #20230000171) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 452 Selby Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on February 8, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the February 8, 2023 notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order, the license condition is reasonable and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby approved and issued to Grolla LLC d/b/a La Grolla (License ID #20230000171) for the premises located at 452 Selby Avenue in Saint Paul.
