Changing the rate of pay for Grounds Crew Leader in the LIUNA City Employees Local #363 Salary Schedule.

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a study of the classification of Grounds Crew Leader; and

WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for classification of Grounds Crew Leader be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 017 to Grade 021 in Employee Group 71, LIUNA City Employees Local #363; now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rates of pay for the classification of Grounds Crew Leader be changed from Grade 017 to Grade 021, of Employee Group 71, LIUNA City Employees Local #363, effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution and retroactive to March 31, 2022.
