Purpose of Appeal: Why force me to move my cars and we just park them in the backyard of my house and in the back of the house it's not grass, we dumped it completely and if we have to move everything, give us time until the summer when the road is smooth and snowy, because behind the house, the slope is very high and dangerous.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Chuong Huynh to a Correction Order at 355 Geranium Avenue East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to March 24, 2023 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
