Body

WHEREAS on January 25, 2023, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 22-103 to ratify the assessment for Graffiti Removal services during June 23 to August 10, 2022. (File No. J2301P, Assessment No. 238400); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1491 University Avenue West, being described as: Lots 11 Thru 25 Blk 6, with the property identification number 34-29-23-23-0229 was assessed an amount of $197.46; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment, as there are graffiti waivers on file; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $197.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 22-103 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
