Purpose of Appeal:  Residence. Have a Florida vacation home.  Spend about six months there and six months here.  Have bill for utilities sent to ex-wife.  But don't live with her.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Neil Scott to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 928 GOODRICH AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and release the property from the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
