WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 22-53 on January 4, 2023 which granted an extension to February 13, 2023 to abate the temporary structure at 308 Superior Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on February 14, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter is resolved forthcoming.
