Body

WHEREAS, Dale Smoke Inc. (License ID# 20230000074), d/b/a Dale Tobacco located at 968 Dale Street North Suite 2 applied for a Class R license for a Tobacco Products Shop license; and

WHEREAS, the application was for a change in ownership and the new license holders name is Maki Shakir; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order, the license conditions reasonable, and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Tobacco Products Shop license due to change in ownership is hereby approved and issued with conditions, to Dale Smoke Inc. d/b/a Dale Tobacco (License ID #20230000074) for the premises located at 968 Dale Street North Suite 2 in Saint Paul.
