WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 23-9 on February 1, 2023 which granted an extension to February 7, 2023 to clear the sidewalk to width and to remove the lowest branches obstructing into the public right-of-way at 1068 Chatsworth Street North; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on February 7, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter is resolved forthcoming, pending February 7, 2023 Legislative Hearing.
