WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Andrew Eisenhart, AJE & Co. LLC, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 708 HAWTHORNE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to February 17, 2023 for compliance with all items related to electric repairs, grant to March 17, 2023 for basement wall corrections, and grant to June 16, 2023 for the balance of the items; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
