WHEREAS, Angie’s Auto Sale LLC (License ID #20220002092) applied for a Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license for the premises located at 545 University Avenue West in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on December 8, 2022, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the December 8, 2022 notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order, the license condition is reasonable and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle is hereby approved and issued to Angie’s Auto Sale LLC (License ID #20220002092) for the premises located at 545 University Avenue West in Saint Paul.
