RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Monique C. Cullars-Doty, Trustee, and O’Connor Law Firm, Ltd., the total sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars and no cents ($1,300,000.00) in full and final settlement in civil case 21-CV-94-KMM-DJF for any and all claims, damages and attorneys’ fees arising from the incident occurring on January 14, 2015.
