Amending Public Works’ FY2023 spending and financing budgets to reflect the final City Recycling Service rates as approved in RES PH 22-345 on December 14, 2022.

WHEREAS, the FY2023 City Budget was adopted on December 7, 2022 in Resolution 22-1832; and
WHEREAS, the FY2023 City Recycling Service rates were approved by City Council on December 14, 2022 in Resolution RES-PH22-345; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation total revenues in excess of those estimated in the 2023 budget, funds of $6,173,307 in the Public Works Solid Waste and Recycling fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that $6,173,307 is available for appropriation in the Public Works Solid Waste and Recycling fund, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
