WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 22-1830 accepted the Report of Completion for Public Works Program for the Repair of Sanitary Sewer Line on Private Properties requested by the Property Owner during the time period of July to September 2022; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on January 18, 2023 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Minnesota Session Laws 1997, Chapter 231, and Saint Paul Council File No. 00-453, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in twenty (20) installments.
