Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Appellant says he had not seen the vacant notice, the property is not vacant because he is there often, and he does not sleep there.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mike Mortimer to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice and Summary Abatement Order at 1762 ENGLEWOOD AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to March 27, 2023; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
