Body

WHEREAS, Wandering Leaf Brewing Company (License ID #20220001724) applied for a Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom), Malt Off Sale (Growler), Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) license for the premises located at 2436 7^th Street West in Saint Paul; and  

WHEREAS, on October 24, 2022, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and

WHEREAS, in response to the October 24, 2022 notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned license; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order, the license condition is reasonable and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom), Malt Off Sale (Growler), Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) License is hereby approved and issued to Wandering Leaf Brewing Company (License ID #20220001724) for the premises located at 2436 7^th Street West in Saint Paul.
