Approving a Tobacco Shop (Cigarette/Tobacco) and Gas Station license to Frontier JK LLC d/b/a BP (License ID #20220001842) for the premises located at 623 Como Avenue.

WHEREAS, Frontier JK LLC d/b/a BP (License ID #20220001842) applied for a Tobacco Shop (Cigarette/Tobacco) and Gas Station license for the premises located at 623 Como Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on October 25, 2022, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the October 25, 2022 notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order, the license condition is reasonable and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Tobacco Shop (Cigarette/Tobacco) and Gas Station is hereby approved and issued to Frontier JK LLC d/b/a BP (License ID #20220001842) for the premises located at 623 Como Avenue in Saint Paul.
