Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 202 GOODRICH AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 22-51.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 22-51 on December 7, 2022 which granted an extension to December 8, 2022 to abate the nuisance conditions at 202 Goodrich Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on December 13, 2022 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
