Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with the City of Hastings, Minnesota for maintenance of traffic and lighting infrastructure.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Department of Public Works has the skill and expertise to service, repair and maintain streetlights, traffic signals, signs and pavement markings (Services); and
WHEREAS, the City of Hastings has need of these Services at various locations within its borders; and
WHEREAS, both Saint Paul and Hastings are willing to enter into an agreement whereby Saint Paul will provide Hastings with these Services; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into this traffic and lighting maintenance agreement with the City of Hastings, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
