Authorizing the City to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with Ramsey County for the Como Avenue Trail Project.
Body
WHEREAS, the City constructed a trail along Como Avenue (County State Aid Highway 75) from Raymond Avenue to Hamline Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the County agrees to participate in the project cost; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Agreement PUBW2020-20 defines the cost participation, ownership and maintenance responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul for implementation of the Project; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PUBW2020-20 and any amendments to the Agreement, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof.
