Body

WHEREAS, East Side Liquor Inc. d/b/a East Side Liquor (License ID #20220001591) applied for a Tobacco Shop (Cigarette/Tobacco) and Liquor Off Sale license for the premises located at 1361 Maryland Avenue in Saint Paul; and  

WHEREAS, in response to the September 21, 2022 notification from the Department of Safety and Inspections regarding the license application, the City received no objections by the November 11, 2022 response date to approve the Tobacco Shop (Cigarette/Tobacco) and Liquor Off Sale license; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Tobacco Shop (Cigarette/Tobacco) and Liquor Off Sale license is hereby approved and issued to East Side Liquor Inc. d/b/a East Side Liquor (License ID #20220001591) for the premises located at 1361 Maryland Avenue in Saint Paul.
