WHEREAS, on October 12, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 22-81, said Resolutions being the memorialization of appeal for Collection of Vacant Building Registration fees billed during January 10 to April 18, 2022. (File No. VB2213, Assessment No. 228821); and
WHEREAS, the property at 749 Charles Avenue, being described as: Syndicate No. 2 Addition Part of Charles Ave Vac Adj and Ex Alley Lot 28 Blk 3, with the property identification number 35-29-23-13-0118 was assessed an amount of $2616.00; and
WHEREAS, the appellant, Farah Azizudin, made a request to appeal the assessment; but since it was already levied, the legislative hearing officer will have the fee be paid over time; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council ratify and spread payments over five years; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 22-81 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
