Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 769 HAGUE AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 22-29.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 22-29 on August 10, 2022 which granted an extension to September 9, 2022 to abate the nuisance conditions by removing the pallets and construction materials at 769 Hague Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 13, 2022 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
