WHEREAS on August 17, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 22-66, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022. (File No. CG2202A1, Assessment No. 220105); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1315 Westminster Street, being described as: Cic No 527 Mississippi St Habitat For Humanity Lot 6 Blk 1, with the property identification number 19-29-22-44-0045 was assessed an amount of $71.19; and
WHEREAS, Public Works notified our office that this assessment should be deleted as it was assessed to this property in error and should have been assessed to 1313 Westminster Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $71.19, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 22-66 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
