Purpose of Appeal:  Vacant/abandoned. Multiple building permits are being finaled. All work orders are done and have been done since August 26th, 2022.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jesse Olson to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 717 Hope Street North, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee until December 12, 2022 to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
