Amending Council File RLH AR 22-67 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022 at 741 FLANDRAU STREET. (File No. CG2202A2, Assessment No. 220106)

Body

WHEREAS on August 17, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 22-67, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022. (File No. CG2202A2, Assessment No. 220106); and

WHEREAS, the property at 741 Flandrau Street, being described as: J.N. Rogers 4^th Addition To St. Paul S 1/2 of Lots 1 and Lot 2 Blk 4 with the property identification number 27-29-22-41-0147 was assessed an amount of $112.13; and

WHEREAS, the Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment as property owner acquired the property following the death of a family member and has multiple outstanding assessments; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $107.02, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 22-67 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
