Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1930 NORTONIA AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 22-31.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 22-31 on August 10, 2022 which granted an extension to October 1, 2022 to abate the nuisance condition by removing the tent structure at 1930 Nortonia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 4, 2022 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance condition and found this condition were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
