Body

WHEREAS on August 17, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 22-64 to ratify the assessment for Graffiti Removal services during February 28 to March 29, 2022. (File No. J2207P, Assessment No. 228406); and

WHEREAS, the property at 916 University Avenue West, being described as: Milton Addition Lot 15 Blk 1, with the property identification number 35-29-23-31-0122 was assessed an amount of $197.46; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there was a graffiti waiver on file since September 8, 2022; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $197.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 22-64 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
