Amending Council File RLH AR 22-66 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022 at 750 STEWART AVENUE. (File No. CG2202A1, Assessment No. 220105)

Body

WHEREAS on August 17, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 22-66, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022. (File No. CG2202A1, Assessment No. 220105); and

WHEREAS, the property at 750 Stewart Avenue, being described as: Riverside Addition to St.Paul, Minn. Lot 7 Blk 1, with the property identification number 11-28-23-44-0006 was assessed an amount of $101.36; and

WHEREAS, Public Works notified our office that this assessment should be deleted due to the death of the former property owner in August 2021 and property was vacant during this time period; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $101.36, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 22-66 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
