Establishing the rate of pay for the new Business Analyst series in EG 06, Professional Employees Association (PEA), consisting of four new classifications.

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job series study for the business analysis function within the Office of Financial Services and it was determined that new Business Analyst I, II, III, and Senior Business Analyst classifications be established; and
WHEREAS, the results of the study instruct that the rates of pay for the series be established at the rates set forth in Grade 009 for Business Analyst I, Grade 013 for Business Analyst II, Grade 016 for Business Analyst III, and Grade 018 for Senior Business Analyst of Employee Group 06, Professional Employees Association; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Business Analyst series be established at the rate set forth Grade 009 for Business Analyst I, Grade 013 for Business Analyst II, Grade 016 for Business Analyst III, and Grade 018 for Senior Business Analyst in Employee Group 06, the Professional Employees Association. This resolution to be effective and in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
