Title

Amending the 2022 spending budget in the Department of Public Works Sewers Utility Fund Sewer Maintenance accounting unit.

Body

WHEREAS, the Sewer Maintenance accounting unit has incurred building and equipment costs that are more than the adopted budget; and

WHEREAS, there are sufficient savings in Sewer Capital Maintenance to cover the above costs; therefore via

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2022 budget in the Public Works Sewer Maintenance accounting unit, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
