Whereas, the Wage and Benefit Policy for Non-Represented Management and Legislative Personnel was most recently adopted by the Council of the City of Saint Paul on February 6, 2019 by Resolution 19-126; and
Whereas, the Department of Human Resources made revision to the Wage and Benefit Policy for the Non-Represented Management and Legislative Personnel to add/clarify to the benefits provided therein and to maintain a competitive recruitment/retention package; NowTherefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Section 6.03.3(5), that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves and ratifies the attached revised Wage and Benefit Policy for the Non-Represented Management and Legislative Personnel.
