WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Benjamin Kaufman, Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, on half of tenant, Marilyn Dunsmore, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice (which includes condemnation) at 1145 Hudson Road #410, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until August 31, 2022 for tenant to reduce the excess materials in the unit by 50% and if confirmed by inspector, the condemnation is to be lifted and converted to correction orders for remaining 30% reduction by September 30, 2022; and if 50% reduction is not met by August 31, then property must be in compliance or vacated by September 30, 2022; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
