Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department for $8,187.55 for the reimbursement from the Minnesota Firefighter Initiative for firefighters to attend the mental health strategies training on April 22-23, 2022.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department will be reimbursed by the Minnesota Firefighter Initiative $8,187.55 for firefighters attend mental health strategies training on April 22-23, 2022; and
WHEREAS, firefighter training is a governmental purpose; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for this reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.7.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $8,187.55 in excess of those estimated in the 2022 budget; now
therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council that $8,187.55 is available for appropriation in the 2022 budget, and said budget, as heretofore adopted by the City Council, is hereby amended as outlined in the attached financial analysis.
