Pertaining to Wellhead Protection Plan Part II Amendment and its submission to the Minnesota Department of Health.

WHEREAS, Minnesota Administrative Rule 4720.5100 requires that for any community public water supply well, the public water supplier must delineate the wellhead protection area and prepare and implement a wellhead protection plan; and
WHEREAS, Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc., in cooperation with the Minnesota Department of Health, has prepared a Wellhead Protection Plan Part II Amendment for Saint Paul Regional Water Services (“SPRWS”) which identifies potential contaminant inventory, goals, and management strategies for SPRWS to comply with said rule; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul, d/b/a SPRWS, hereby accepts the Wellhead Protection Plan Part II Amendment dated March 10, 2022 as submitted to the Minnesota Department of Health.
