WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (City) and Metropolitan Council of Environmental Services (MCES ) executed the original grant agreement for the I&I Demonstration Project in January of 2019 (Exhibits B and C);

WHEREAS, the City and MCES desire to extend the completion date of the I&I Demonstration Project to January 31, 2023;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council that the Department of Public Works is authorized to sign Amendment #1 (Exhibit A).
