WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Salamatu Forte to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 1712 Orange Avenue East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 16 October 31, 2022 for compliance, noting that the Vehicle Abatement Order was converted to a Correction Order in the Legislative Hearing process; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
