Second Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 607 TOPPING STREET in Council File RLH SAO 22-14.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 22-14 on May 25, 2022 which granted an extension to August 1, 2022 to abate the nuisance conditions (removal of the semi truck)) at 607 Topping Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on August 2, 2022 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
