WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH VBR 22-35 on August 3, 2022 which granted an extension to July 22, 2022 to abate the nuisance conditions (overgrown vegetations) at 2144 Temple Court; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on August 2, 2022 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter resolved forthcoming.
