Appointing the Officers of the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota

WHEREAS, Chair Prince will vacate her position as the Chair of the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, Officer Thao will vacate his position as a Library Board Officer; and
WHEREAS, the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul requires a Chairperson and Vice Chair to preside over meetings and perform other responsibilities on behalf of the board; and now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota that Board Member Rebecca Noecker is hereby appointed as Chair of the Library Board; and be it
FUTHER RESOLVED that Board Member Nelsie Yang is hereby appointed as Vice Chair of the Library Board.
